I reached out to Donna having seen the results from someone else who did a 12 week transformation plan with her. Donna gave me some meal ideas to help kickstart my transformation, helped me to understand my macros breakdown and set calorie targets for me. The weekly check ins helped to keep me accountable and focus was placed more on measurements and progress pictures rather than the weight on the scales, which was great as I saw results most weeks with the tape measure. Donna understands that life still needs to be enjoyable and that plans will sometimes make staying on track difficult. She helped me to try and find some balance and checked in with me when she knew I would have a challenging day tracking wise.
